When printing customs forms online, which ones need to go into the customs envelope?

I just printed customs forms with paypal online going to canada. It printed out 4 of the forms. The bottom part that says like 1- 2- 3- 4- is cut off so I can't see which form is which. Do I need to keep the last one as a senders copy. Do the other three just go in the envelope? Thanks
